"Rip off better shop around or you're going to regret it like I do, safe drivers get no Rewards payments just keep going up highway robbery. Basically they raise it whenever they feel like it. No phone calls and no reasons why all they want is your money"

"I highly recommend to check out Mark Lewis State Farm in Batavia for your insurance needs especially due to their representative Heather. She has excellent customer service skills and was extremely professional. I worked with Heather on quotes for my Auto and Renters policies. Both were better policies with more coverage and were quoted less than my current policy with Geico or any other companies I checked with. All phone and in person encounters were the best provided out of all the companies contacted when getting quotes to look for the best offers available during comparison shopping. Heather's excellent approach, service skills and quote given were the deal maker for me. Actually all the employees in the office that I interacted with were helpful including Danielle the office manager who called afterwards to check in and to make sure I had no questions and if everything was okay."
